How tokens work

DeepDrive uses tokens so you only pay for what you use. A minute of voice conversation uses about 100 tokens. A text reply from your partner usually uses one or two, so a long text chat costs very little. The token meter lives behind your profile icon, never on screen while you talk, so a conversation never feels metered.

• Voice: about 100 tokens per minute, counted by the second.
• Text chat: about one to two tokens per reply.
• Summaries: the short summary at the end of a conversation costs a token or two.

What is included in every plan

• All three thinking partners: Nova, Atlas and Juno.
• Voice conversations and text chat on every topic.
• The library of hand-picked topics, personal recommendations, and your own topics.
• A saved summary for every conversation, and an open question carried into the next one.
• Export and delete from Settings. Audio is never stored.

The plans differ in how many tokens you get and how long one conversation can run: up to 20 minutes on free, 30 on Starter and 45 on Pro.

Which should I choose?

• Just trying it: the free grant is enough for several full conversations. No card needed.
• A weekly thinking habit: Starter's 9,000 tokens are about 90 minutes of voice a month, or far more if you chat by text.
• A daily habit, or long sessions: Pro's 20,000 tokens are about 200 minutes of voice a month.
• Occasional use: a $7 top-up gives 6,000 tokens that last 365 days. It works on any plan, including free.
